If it wasn’t abundantly clear that Giannis Antetokounmpo could dunk with the best of them before Sunday, it certainly is now.

The Milwaukee star threw down a pair of massive dunks in the Bucks’ 144-109 win against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday afternoon, the best of which came with authority.

Early in the third quarter, guard Khris Middleton drove to the hoop but was cut off by Kings rookie De’Aaron Fox. With nowhere to go, Middleton seamlessly tossed the ball up in front of the rim for Antetokounmpo, who was breaking down the middle of the lane. The 23-year-old grabbed the pass with one hand and threw down one of the hardest dunks of the year.

Perhaps the best part, though, was that he simply jogged back to the bench emotionless — as if dunking like that was a totally normal thing to do.

Antetokounmpo put Kings center Kosta Koufos on a poster less than two minutes later, too. After catching a screen at the top of the key, he broke to the rim and raised up over Koufos, drawing the foul and completing the and-one.

Antetokounmpo finished the game with a triple-double, putting up 26 points, 15 rebounds and 11 assists in the 35-point win.

The Kings described their performance perfectly on Twitter after the rough loss, too, breaking out a “Tommy Boy” clip.

Now if only we can get Antetokounmpo back in the dunk contest.
