Fuzzy's Taco Shop is coming to the Shreveport-Bossier area

After 30 years of being known as Sue's Country Kitchen, a new look is coming to Bossier City staple.

On Nov. 18, Sue's Country Kitchen announced on Facebook that Fuzzy's Taco Shop has signed a lease on their property.

Sue's Country Kitchen said, "We are proud to Announce that Fuzzy's Taco has signed a lease with us and be occupying the old Sue's Country Kitchen building. They will be serving the Bossier/Shreveport and surrounding areas in the New Year."

Fuzzy's is a Baja Taco shop that is known for its chips and queso and famous margaritas and beeritas.

The companies website said, "We’re proud to be a place where people bring their dogs, party on our patios and feel the good vibes every time they walk into a Fuzzy’s."

Franchise owner Andrew Head said he hopes to have Fuzzy's opened early 2022.

"My family and I are excited to bring one of our favorite Fuzzy's Taco Shop back home to our local area, Shreveport-Bossier. I look forward to getting to see everybody in our shop." Head said.

Currently the closest Fuzzy's is in Texarkana.
