One former University of Tennessee basketball player was in action Saturday, while another former Volunteer was inactive.

In Philadelphia, the 76ers came up on the short end of a 121-120 overtime decision against Minnesota at Wells Fargo Center.

Tobias Harris started at forward for Philadelphia and played 45 minutes. He had 17 points, nine rebounds, four assists and two steals against the Timberwolves.

Harris was 6-for-16 from the field, 0-for-4 from beyond the 3-point arc and 5-for-7 from the free throw line.

Rookie Jaden Springer was inactive for the 76ers against Minnesota.

Springer, a first-round draft pick, is on assignment with the Delaware Blue Coats in the NBA G-League.
