Former MSU RB Le’Veon Bell to face Adrian Peterson in heavyweight boxing exhibition
I’m about to write something I would have never anticipated writing — Le’Veon Bell will fight Adrian Peterson in a boxing match next month.
News broke on Monday that the former star Spartans running back has signed a contract to face the future Hall of Famer Peterson in an exhibition boxing match. The fight will take place on July 30 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
This is an amazing idea and something that I’m sure many Spartans fans will be pumped to watch. There’s no doubt that both Bell and Peterson were great running backs in the NFL but who knows how they’ll do in a boxing match? It should make for great entertainment.
