Former LSU wide receiver Drake Davis is now in further legal trouble because of images found on his phone.

Davis was suspended from the football team in August after he was arrested for allegedly hitting and threatening his girlfriend. He was arrested Sunday on similar accusations from the same woman.

As part of the investigation into the abuse allegations, investigators got a search warrant for Davis’ phone. They found two sexually explicit images of minors that someone had sent to Davis that were not deleted. The details of those images are disturbing.

From the Baton Rouge Advocate:

The first shows a child possibly under the age of 10 masturbating in a bath tub, LSU police wrote in the warrant. Someone sent that video to Davis in a text message dated May 22, 2017, and Davis’ phone shows that he read the message the following day and didn’t delete the video.

Another video that Davis received in a text message and never deleted shows a boy about five years old who “has his penis exposed and is hitting it with the blades of a desk fan,” according to the warrant. Davis received that video on April 11, 2017, and read it the same day.

Davis was released on bail after he was arrested on Aug. 17 on a battery charge stemming from multiple accusations of abuse. He was being held without bail after his Sunday battery arrest and two charges of possession of pornography involving a juvenile were added on Tuesday.

His attorney said after his Sunday arrest that Davis was withdrawing from LSU and coach Ed Orgeron said Monday that Davis’ situation was “in the hands of the university.”

Davis had three catches and two touchdowns in 2017.
