Rex Ryan has now come at both New York football coaches' heads.

On Monday's edition of ESPN's Get Up, the former Jets head coach went up and in on Giants head coach Joe Judge, who made headlines for going on an 11-minute tangent on why and how his culture is working after Sunday's 29-3 loss to the Chicago Bears.

Ryan went straight to the point.

"This guy's hard to like," he said.

Earlier this season, Ryan verbally attacked current Jet head coach Robert Saleh, but that beef was squashed when the two hashed out their differences later on in that week in mid-November.

But Ryan's opinions of Judge are holding on strong.

"Here's one thing I know about this guy right here and this football team: This is the biggest disappointment in the entire National Football League. They threw all this money in, because they were supposed to compete for the division championship this year. Here's where they finished - fact is this: you're dead last. You won four football games. The most you can win is five? Don't worry about that. That ain't coming. I don't care who the hell you play - you're playing worse than any team in the league right now. That is fact."
