Florida baseball releases 2024 baseball schedule, opens with St. John's
Florida baseball released its 2024 schedule on Friday.
Of UF's 56 regular season games, 34 are at home. Nearly half (25) are against NCAA Tournament teams from last season, with 18 of the first 24 games in Gainesville.
The Florida Gators will open the season hosting St. John's at Condron Family Ballpark from Feb. 16-18, one of three weekend non-conference, three-game series. Florida also will host Columbia (Feb. 23-25) and Saint Mary's (March 8-10) in weekend non-conference series and travel to Miami (March 1-3).

Florida will open SEC play hosting Texas A&M from March 15-17, then travel to LSU baseball from March 22-24 in a rematch of the two schools that met in the College World Series Finals last June.
Last season, Florida won a school-record 56 games (54-17) finishing as co-SEC champs and the national runner up to LSU in the College World Series. Florida made its 13th College World Series in school history last season and has made eight trips to the CWS under head coach Kevin O'Sullivan, who is entering his 17th season at UF.
