Five-star WR Micah Hudson sets official visit to Texas
Texas is continuing to make positive strides in the recruitment of five-star wide receiver Micah Hudson.
Inside Texas reported on Friday that Hudson has locked in two official visits this summer. Texas and Texas Tech will welcome the No. 2 wide receiver in the country in June.
Hudson will take an official to Texas on June 23-25 and to Texas Tech on June 9-11. Justin Wells of Inside Texas also reported that there are three schools emerging as the early leaders in Hudson’s recruitment up to this point: Texas, Texas Tech and Ohio State.
“What keeps me interested in them is it’s just Texas football. Texas football is always gonna be known for having great athletes, good football players and things like that. It’s really the culture and that’s pretty much what it is. They(‘ve) got a good coaching staff and they may have lost a few people and things like that, but I do like the staff there.”
As a junior in 2022, Hudson was named the Texas District 4-5A-I Overall MVP.
