Five-star 2024 Colorado target Williams Nwaneri names top 10
Coveted five-star defensive lineman Williams Nwaneri is getting closer to announcing his commitment.
On Thursday, the No. 3 overall prospect (247Sports) in the class of 2024 narrowed his list of potential schools down to 10 with Colorado making the cut. Nwaneri, who was in Boulder for the Buffs’ spring game, also included Tennessee, Missouri, Alabama, Oregon, Georgia, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Ole Miss and Nebraska in his top 10.
He’s still just a junior at Lee’s Summit North High School in Missouri, but landing Nwanari would, of course, be huge for a Colorado team currently in search of defensive line depth.
247Sports national recruiting analyst Allan Trieu projects Nwanari as a future first-round NFL draft pick with “verified size, length and testing data that is impressive for a player of his build and age.”
