* DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related The Chiefs had three players who didn't participate in practice on Wednesday, all of whom were confirmed non-participants by HC Andy Reid. The most concerning of the three is WR Sammy Watkins, who is still dealing with a calf injury that has bothered him since Week 11. He reaggravated the injury in Week 16 against the Atlanta Falcons and hasn't practiced since. Star rookie RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire was listed as a limited participant in practice along with TE Deon Yelder. That's a good starting point for the rookie in his return from a high ankle sprain suffered in Week 15. We'll see what type of progress he makes the next two days, though. There were several new players listed on the injury report, but all were listed as full participants in practice. Remember, if a player receives treatment in any way, they're required to be listed on the injury report. One player who is entirely absent from the injury report this week is Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill. He had been dealing with a hamstring injury for the past few weeks that seems to be all healed up.

* DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related Three players were absent from practice for the Browns on Wednesday. Each of those three players is considered day-to-day by Browns HC Kevin Stefanski. Goodson, who is the defensive signal-caller and one of the key pieces to the Browns' big win over the Steelers, is someone to keep an eye on out of the group of non-participants. Additionally, three starters along the offensive line were either limited or non-participant in practice on Wednesday. That group, which is known as a strength of their team is limping into Arrowhead Stadium. That could develop into a more prominent story as the week progresses for both teams.
