FINAL: Alabama shuts out Austin Peay at home 34-0
Alabama now has only one game remaining on the regular season schedule after taking down Austin Peay at home in a 34-0 shutout win. The season’s penultimate game ended in a win for the Crimson Tide against the FCS Governors.
Pete Golding’s defense was inconsistent at times but was able to get the offense back on the field by coming up with multiple turnovers.
Bryce Young’s day was cut short, as Jalen Milroe and Ty Simpson got to see some playing time in the fourth quarter.
Alabama now shifts its focus to the Iron Bowl, as the Tigers of Auburn will visit Tuscaloosa for the final regular season game of 2022.
