Remember when Olympic medalist Katie Ledecky threw out the first pitch at Nationals Park and asked Bryce Harper to hold her five medals?

We do.

When Ledecky came back from winning five medals (four gold and one silver) in the 2016 Olympic games in Rio, she was invited to handle the pregame honor at Washington's home stadium on Aug. 24, 2016.

As NBC Sports Washington's Chase Hughes reported, she had Harper escort her to the mound before she took off each medal one by one and handed them to Harper individually, lining up them up both of his arms.

Ledecky said the weight was taking some getting used to when she landed back in Washington after competing in the summer games, NBC Sports Washington's Keely Diven reported

Ledecky also said that she had a special and very experienced person help her get used to wearing all five at a time: "[Michael Phelps] put them on perfectly, you see," Ledecky said, "and I said 'How did you do that?' And so he [helped]."
