With NBA training camps and preseason exhibitions winding down, we're gearing up for tip-off of the 2021-22 NBA season one week from tomorrow. Fantasy hoops managers are drafting their squads and consolidating their strategies for this season as we speak. There's an overwhelming amount of data to extract ahead of tip-off and we've got you covered with the sharpest and most-compact basketball analysis you need to construct your own fantasy super team.

This year's Draft Guide is stuffed with exclusive content aimed at providing you the knowledge needed to get prime value in drafts and build championship-caliber rosters. We're here to assist your team management from opening tip-off on October 19th to the last week of the regular season. Whether you're looking for top sleepers, rankings, positional tiers, mock drafts, expert analysis or player profiles, we're confident these are some of the sharpest fantasy basketball tools we've ever produced.

We've already previewed our 8-CAT SG Tiers, 8-CAT PG Tiers, 8-CAT small forward rankings, 8-CAT power forward rankings and identified some draft reach candidates from our Draft Guide. Today, we're featuring a sample of our 8-CAT Center Tiers for the 2021-22 season. Perhaps the most significant X-factor on fantasy hoops rosters, having a consistent center can make or break your team's entire season. Only a couple teams can roster the likes of Nikola Jokic and Joel Embiid, so it's crucial managers have an idea of the center landscape and which lesser-known names could yield fantasy value. It's worth taking the time to research which centers can be anchors for your team without having to burn high draft picks. Here, we spotlight some high-upside big men worth considering given their relatively low price tag in fantasy hoops drafts. Check out who offers promise at the center position this season:

When considering which center to draft as your team's No. 1, it's crucial to consider who might be available when the top-tier options have already been selected. Listed here are two sets of viable centers who can provide 8-CAT scoring upside and offer a prime chance at a breakout. Two players our experts like in drafts this fall have been Myles Turner and Robert Williams. Turner led all centers in blocks per game last season, while Williams registered the third-highest player efficiency rating (PER) among centers, better than both Rudy Gobert and Bam Adebayo. Managers will want to think twice about passing over either of these two Tier 3 big men as they offer great opportunities for fantasy breakouts, especially in 8-CAT formats where they can crash the boards and contend with any opposing team's center.
