Dr. Pimple Popper just posted a brand new pop video on Instagram that has fans getting loud in the comments.
In the clip, she pops her patient's gnarly ear cyst—and it's pretty satisfying.
One fan noticed that the pop almost looks like "mayonnaise."
It's no secret that dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has popped some of the biggest, grossest bumps around. From a huge cyst filled with "cinnamon roll icing" to a really (really) long ear blackhead to a bloody forehead lipoma fountain, Dr. Pimple Popper takes on even the gnarliest pops with ease.
And usually, her devoted popaholics are always there to back her up. But after Dr. Pimple Popper posted a brand new ear cyst video on Instagram, her fans tore up the comment section with all caps and plenty of exclamation points.
"A DEEP pop! 💥 #drpimplepopper #cyst," Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the video. The clip shows her squeezing a large cyst on her patient's ear, but it's the end of the video that really has fans rolling.
"This one was actually kind of hard to watch! 😬," one user wrote. Someone else added, "yep. This is the one that finally got me gagging. I love it." "Okay I didn’t cringe for the goo but I cringed seeing the deep hole. 🥴," another viewer commented.

So while this pop might not be the best for popaholics with a weak stomach, it's definitely satisfying overall. 10/10 would watch again, Dr. P!
