The family of a New Orleans teen who was tragically shot and killed honored him at his funeral by dressing him in a Kyrie Irving jersey and putting a video game controller in his hands.

Renard Matthews, who passed away at 17 years old, was a Celtics fan and enjoyed playing the NBA 2K video game. So much so, that his family wanted to remember him that way at his wake on Sunday.

Matthews had been walking his dog when he was shot and robbed of his cellphone, his aunt told The Times-Picayune. Police have not yet arrested a suspect.
