The release of the 2019 NFL schedules is here, and with it have come a litany of funcomical and just plain weird videos from teams to announce who they’ll be playing when this season.

No schedule release video had more apparent production value than the one from the Atlanta Falcons, who cashed in on the final season of “Game of Thrones” starting up last week to deliver a classic.

However, the cherry on top came at the 40-second mark of the video, when the New Orleans Saints’ Superdome was rendered. Outside of the virtual stadium, a ram absolutely blasted a saxophone player. The message became even less subtle when a referee ran in and signaled an incomplete pass.

This is by no means the first time the Falcons have taken a shot at the Saints’ painful, officiating-sparked loss to the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC championship game, but it remains wild to see NFL teams treating such a controversial moment for the league — one that actually prompted a rule change — with such glee.

Stay petty, Falcons.
