Falcons players react to Hawks’ playoff win over 76ers

The Atlanta Hawks are going to the Eastern Conference Finals after a 103-96 win over the Philadelphia 76ers in game seven on Sunday night.

After a great series, a handful of Falcons players, including Pro-Bowl defensive tackle Grady Jarrett and running back Mike Davis, were quick to congratulate the Hawks on their incredible run over Twitter.
