This Sunday, the Miami Dolphins will remain in Miami Gardens, Florida to take on the New York Jets at Hard Rock Stadium for their second of two matchups in the 2022 regular season.

Mike McDaniel’s team has lost five straight after a five-game winning streak, and now their playoff hopes are really in jeopardy. If they want to make it, they’ll have to defeat the Jets with Skylar Thompson under center and hope that the Buffalo Bills beat the New England Patriots.

For New York, they don’t have much to play for other than playing spoiler for the Dolphins’ playoff hopes. Their offense, which has been inconsistent throughout the year, will be led by Joe Flacco this week, with Mike White out, so Miami’s defense may be able to finally have an impressive showing aginst an immobile quarterback.
