The United States Men’s National Team have played 10 friendly matches since failing to secure a spot at the 2018 World Cup. Coach Dave Sarachan’s next challenge is a visit to Wembley Stadium to face 5th-ranked England.
The US men’s has never won on English soil, and they boast a 2-7-1 record against the Three Lions – that ‘1’ was the most recent meetings between the sides, the 1-1 draw in the 2010 World Cup group stage.
The last trip to Wembley was in 2008 under Bob Bradley, where goals from John Terry and Steven Gerrard sealed a 2-0 friendly victory for the hosts.
