Esther Adeshina, Rebeka Mertena earn 2023 Academic All-District honors
Esther Adeshina and Rebeka Mertena were named to the 2023 Academic All-District Women’s Tennis Teams by College Sports Communicators.
Adeshina and Mertena are the fourth and fifth Lady Vol women’s tennis student-athletes to earn CSC (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District honors, respectively. It is the first time in program history Tennessee has multiple honorees in the same season.

Rebeka Mertena – 2023
Tennessee will play at Texas A&M on Friday in a NCAA Tournament Super Regional. First serve between the Lady Vols and Aggies is slated for 3 p.m. EDT.
