ESPN gives hilarious fantasy outlook on Dolphins defense vs. Patriots

We're not expecting the Miami Dolphins defense to be owned in any fantasy football leagues this week with the high-powered New England Patriots in town.

ESPN isn't, either, and it gave a pretty funny (and candid) fantasy outlook on the Dolphins defense ahead of its Week 2 matchup with the Patriots at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday.

The Dolphins D was shredded by Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens in a 59-10 loss at home in Week 1. Miami's secondary, in particular, was burnt time and time again by rookie wide receiver Marquise Brown, who tallied four receptions for 146 yards and two touchdowns.

The Dolphins will have to defend a much better group of pass-catchers on Sunday. The Patriots will have the luxury of using Josh Gordon, Julian Edelman, Phillip Dorsett, James White, new signing Antonio Brown and others in their passing attack. Oddsmakers are predicting a blowout, too, with the spread for this matchup hovering around 18.5 points in favor of the Patriots throughout the week.

There literally is no reason to start the Dolphins defense in fantasy football this season.
