Leave it to Enes Kanter to help break some notable entertainment news.
The Boston Celtics big man became friends with actor Ben Stiller during his tenure with the New York Knicks and had Stiller join him on the latest episode of "The Enes Kanter Show," his podcast with NBC Sports Boston's Chris Forsberg.
And Kanter and Forsberg got Stiller to share a tidbit that "Happy Gilmore" fans will enjoy.
"I actually was up in Boston this summer because (Adam) Sandler is doing a new movie for Netflix for next year," Stiller said, "And we brought that character back, the Hal character, just for another cameo for this new movie he's got coming out this Halloween."
That's right: Hal from "Happy Gilmore" is returning to a big screen near you.
Stiller also discussed his hilarious cameo in "Anchorman" and if he's finally ready to root for the Celtics despite growing up a Knicks fan.
