Elizabeth Hurley, 56, Has Abs Of Steel As She Rocks A Bright Pink Bikini On IG

  • Elizabeth Hurley just dropped the most sizzling Instagram snap you ever did see.

  • In the new pic, the 56-year-old actress and model sported a bright pink string bikini as she posed beside a flamingo pool floatie. And wowza! Her abs are epic.

  • To stay in such great shape, Liz likes to keep active in her daily life and credits her love of gardening for her fine form: "I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening…cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do," she said.

Elizabeth Hurley never goes too long without sharing a bikini pic with her Instagram followers. (After all, she does have her own swimsuit line: Elizabeth Hurley Beach.) And at 56, she has every reason to keep sharing them. In her latest IG post, she's rocking a bright pink bikini that highlights her super strong core, legs, and arms—all while teasing her followers about what she's actually up to.

"Yes, I could be in a swimming pool with a pink flamingo… or I could be snuggled up with my doggies in Blighty, eating a Terry’s chocolate orange and about to watch the final season of Ozark….. you decide 🤔," she captioned the picture.

And her followers are absolutely loving the pic...and the question she posed: Actress April Bowlby wrote, "🍊👏🏻." While author Carlos Souzza commented, " I AM MID WAY THROUGH 😘❤️💎." And Sally Linter simply chimed, "#snuggling."

Others were more focused on the pic itself: "56 lookin like 26 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥," one wrote. "Gorgeous!!!! ❤️🧡❤️🧡❤️," another commented.

So how exactly does one get to look like our pal, Liz Hurley? Well, rather than spending time in the gym, Elizabeth shared with Women’s Health that she prefers to stay active throughout the day. “I don't really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym,” she said.

"I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer," she added. "Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I’ve got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing. I'd rather do housework than go to the gym...I'd rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much."

She also keeps a garden and said in an interview with Extra, "I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do."

She also tries to center her diet around as many fresh fruits and veggies she can: "All through summer we eat fruit and vegetables from my own garden. I used to have a small organic farm, and all the meat my son ate was from the farm," she told The Cut. "Obviously that’s not possible for most people, but supporting local farmers wherever you live is a good thing."

BRB. Gotta tend to my garden!
