FACEIT will be doing most of the heavy lifting during the qualifiers and preliminary rounds and playoffs, while Turner Sports and WME | IMG are working together with FACEIT for the main event, which will feature a $300,000 prize pool, breaking the current Overwatch prize pool record of $100,000 set by last weekend’s Atlantic Showdown at Gamescom.
Here are the participating teams:
● compLexity Gaming
● NRG eSports
● Team Liquid
● Colorado Clutch
● Sea Algae
● Northern Gaming
● I’m Your Huckleberry
● Luminosity Gaming

The 32 teams will be split by region and divided into four groups each. The top two teams from each group will play through an eight-team bracket, the two winners of which will meet offline in Atlanta for the grand finals.
Matches begin August 24 at 8:30 am PST and will continue throughout the day over at Twitch.
