Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has admitted he could leave the club in the summer.

Hazard, however, denied that Paris Saint-Germain could be a possible destination in the new future.

Speaking to Canal+, the Belgian international also said that he would not be leaving in January, despite rumours linking to Real Madrid.

Hazard explained why he would not be willing to join the French champions, saying: “I had contacts with PSG, but it did not tempt me.

“I have always said that if I came back to Ligue 1 it would be to Lille.”

Hazard joined Chelsea from Lille and won the French league title in 2011 before moving on in 2012.

He has been a target for Real Madrid and acknowledged he could move on if he does not soon sign a new deal.

He said: “I have 1 year left in June. If I don’t extend, it (a move) is possible.

“I can’t see myself leaving in January. I wouldn’t do that to the club, the fans.

“Next summer it’s a possibility, but it’s also possible that I spend the rest of my career at Chelsea.”
