Eagles unveil initial 53-man roster for 2023
NFL rosters are always a fluid situation, so even with the Eagles announcing an intial 53-man roster, things could change in the next week or so.
Philadelphia made some tough cuts, and went light at key spot, choosing to release punter Arryn Siposs.
The team will watch the waiver wire, and construct the remaining roster and 16 man practice squad ahead of Thursday’s practice.
Important to keep in mind: The Eagles include the practice squad when considering who's part of their lineup on Sundays. Some of the back-of-the-roster spots are for players who the Eagles do not want to lose on waivers, and they can fill gameday spots from p-squad. https://t.co/JRY7iw8IOO
