Eagles TE Zach Ertz reports for training camp amid uncertainty surrounding his future

As the Eagles sit just jours away from the start of their first training camp practice under new head coach Nick Sirianni, one of their most polarizing stars showed up for work.

Despite reports of unhappiness and wanting to move on, tight end Zach Ertz reported for the start of training camp on time amid uncertainty about his future with the team. It was expected that Ertz would be traded or cut this offseason, but the moves never came to fruition and the record-setting pass catcher will avoid daily fines by rejoining his team.

Ertz’s future with the team heading up to the season opener is unknown, but it appears Nick Sirianni will have a full arsenal of weapons to start out his first season working with Jalen Hurts as his quarterback.
