The Philadelphia Eagles have ruled defensive tackle and cornerback Josiah Scott out for Thursday night’s matchup against the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium.

Davis and Scott are both out, and Philadelphia will likely take the next 24 hours to decide if he’ll and on injured reserve or take it day by day.
Philadelphia signed cornerback Javelin Guidry to the practice squad, and he could be elevated at some point.
