Eagles coaching search: Falcons offer head coaching job to Titans OC Arthur Smith

The Atlanta Falcons have offered their head coaching position to Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Arthur Smith, according to Dianna Russini of ESPN.com.

The 38-year-old Smith has spent the last two years as the Titans’ play-caller and he’s fresh off of an interview for the Eagles’ vacant head coaching position.

Smith’s biggest accomplishment is revitalizing quarterback Ryan Tannehill, as he turned the former Dolphins first-round pick into one of the NFL’s most efficient passers while developing big-play wideouts in A.J. Brown and Corey Davis.
