CONWAY, S.C. — Duke baseball and Rider will play for a spot in the championship of the NCAA Tournament's Conway Regional.

The second-seeded Blue Devils (36-21) play the fourth-seeded Broncs (36-19) at 6 p.m. Saturday (ESPN+) in South Carolina at Springs Brooks Stadium.

Duke hit five home runs, including three by MJ Metz, in its 12-3 win against UNCW on Friday. The Blue Devils also matched a season high with six stolen bases against the Seahawks.

Duke is 11-9 in regional play under head coach Chris Pollard. The Broncs earned an 11-10 win against Coastal Carolina on Friday for their first NCAA Tournament win since 1987.

The winner of Saturday’s games will play in the regional final at 6 p.m. Sunday. The loser plays at noon in an elimination game.
