Oregon jumped up one spot to No. 6 with its road win over Pac-12 North rival Washington. The Ducks were able to fight off the elements and the Huskies to come back home with a 26-16 win under their belt.
Michigan State was one spot above Oregon last week, but the Spartans’ loss at Purdue knocked them down to No. 9. Just ahead of the Ducks at No. 5, somehow, is Ohio State, despite Oregon going into Columbus earlier in the year and beating the Buckeyes.
But the Ducks are above tOSU in the College Football standings as Oregon was No. 4 and the Buckeyes were No. 5. The new standings come out on Tuesday.
As for the Pac-12 as a whole, no other team once again besides Oregon is able to crack the poll. Utah at 6-3 received votes, but that was the only other school from the Conference of Champions to be mentioned.
