6.02 (52) P.K. Subban, Devils (D) – Jon Chik

6.03 (53) Brady Tkachuk, Senators (LW) – Domenico D’Amato

6.04 (54) Kris Letang, Penguins (D) – Gus Katsaros

6.05 (55) Matthew Tkachuk, Flames (LW) – Anna Dua

6.06 (56) Gabriel Landeskog, Avalanche (LW) – Daniel Dobish

6.07 (57) Claude Giroux, Flyers (C, LW, RW) – Corey Abbott

6.08 (58) Timo Meier, Sharks (LW, RW) – Jeff Alfieri

6.09 (59) Vladimir Tarasenko, Blues (RW) – James O’Brien

6.10 (60) Phil Kessel, Coyotes (RW) – Ryan Dadoun

Notes: Jones, Subban and Letang represented some of the top blueliners left on the board and they went early in the round.  The selection of Brady over Matthew Tkachuk may raise some eyebrows, but the Senators forward should improve in his sophomore year.  Still, taking them both over some of the high-scoring talent that went later in this round was more surprising.
