Since before draft season began, we've been providing looks into our 2020 Rotoworld Fantasy Baseball Draft Guide to help give you the knowledge you need to make smarter decisions when your league's draft rolls around.
Complete with content covering various league types — from projections and rankings to tiers, ADP reports, mock drafts and exclusive expert columns — this year's edition is the finest we've produced.
Today, we'll be giving you a look at a few guys suitable for your starting catcher role if the top tier is gone in this preview of the guide's C Tiers..
Take a look:
Will Smith (R) - LA
Jorge Alfaro (R) - MIA
Yasmani Grandal (B) - CWS
Salvador Pérez (R) - KC
Smith excelled as a rookie in 2019, delivering a .907 OPS (134 OPS+) with 15 home runs and 42 RBI over his first 54 major league games as the Dodgers rolled to their seventh straight National League West title. He could be a top-five fantasy catcher in his first full major league campaign. Perez looks like a nice buy-low in his first season back from Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery. He’s been a steady power producer throughout his career.
