Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed A ‘Flower’ From A Neck Steatocystoma
  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram post, she pops a steatocystoma on a favorite patient, nicknamed "Momma Squishy."

  • Dr. Pimple Popper removes a small cyst from the side of the patient's neck using just a scalpel and her fingers.

  • Fans in the comments noticed how the cyst's contents oozing out from the center made it look like a pretty "flower blooming."

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, doesn't have the most glamorous job. She pops "maggot" blackheads, "larvae" blackheads, and "egg salad" cysts. But even though it may not be a walk in the park, her job does have its perks.

In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper removes a steatocystoma from the side of a patient's neck. The patient, lovingly nicknamed "Momma Squishy" by Dr. Pimple Popper, comes in regularly so the derm can remove her many steatocystomas, which tend to grow back.

In the video, Dr. Pimple Popper uses a scalpel to gently slice the bump open before squeezing its contents out with her fingers. While it doesn't drip the way steatocystomas usually do, fans in the comments noticed that the pop was almost pretty, in a way.

"Thank goodness for, like, numbing and stuff," Dr. Pimple Popper comments as she cuts away pieces of the cyst. (Totally agree there!)

"Omg it bloomed like a white flower," one user wrote. "It bloomed 🌺lol," someone else commented. The slow-motion pop does kind of look like a blossom opening up.

Fans loved watching this small, but mighty pop. "That second pop though. 👏," someone wrote. "I like the more formed ones," another user wrote.

Dr. Pimple Popper's caption was short and sweet: "Saying hi to Momma Squishy 👋🏼 ❤️ #drpimplepopper #steatocystoma," she wrote.

Here's hoping the next pop is even prettier than this one.
