As we count down to the start of the 2021-22 NBA season, fantasy hoops managers continue to draft their squads, hoping this year they formulate the perfect strategy. With a great deal of information available ahead of tip off, we've got you covered with the sharpest basketball analysis you'll need to build your own fantasy dream team.

This year's NBA Draft Guide is packed with exclusive content geared toward providing you the knowledge needed to get the best value in drafts and build fantasy championship-winning rosters. We're here to assist your team management from the opening tip on October 19th to the final week of the regular season. Whether you're looking for top sleepers, rankings, positional tiers, mock drafts, expert analysis or player profiles, we're confident these are some of the finest fantasy basketball tools we've ever produced.

We've already previewed our 8-CAT SG Tiers, 8-CAT PG Tiers, 8-CAT small forward rankings, 8-CAT small forward tiers, 8-CAT Center Tiers and identified some draft reach candidates from our Draft Guide. Today, we take a look at a sample of our 8-CAT power forward tiers for this season.

When it comes to top-tier power forwards, two names are almost always at the top: Giannis Antetokounmpo and Anthony Davis. When they are on the court, both players provide immense fantasy value with their consistent otherworldly play. That said, not everyone can draft Giannis or AD, so it's imperative to know which power forwards are worth your pick, regardless of round.

Here, we showcase some power forwards worth considering for the season. See who has fantasy potential at the power forward position this year:

As you can see, the era of large, single-skilled power forwards is over. In its place are multi-faceted young bigs capable of doing almost anything on the court, such as the Indiana Pacers' Domantas Sabonis. At only 24, Sabonis became the face of a Pacers' squad looking for its next star by averaging 20.3 points per game and leading the team in rebounding (12.0) and assists (6.7). The same can be said about the New York Knicks' Julius Randle -- he led the team in scoring (24.1), rebounding (10.2) and assists (6.0). Both players will make valuable fantasy contributions every game this season.

A few tiers down, the Toronto Raptors' Chris Boucher leads Tier 4 as he continues to expand his offensive game with an added workload. Furthermore, Jerami Grant headlines the youth movement in Detroit. He should see increased fantasy value as one of the Pistons' focal points on both ends, as players returning from the Olympics will typically do. Lastly, John Collins will be a contributor for Atlanta and fantasy managers alike as he continues to tap into his potential.
