Two brothers are bringing their love of Italian cooking to Marine City with the opening of a new pasta food truck.

Alex Christie, owner of Endless Pastabilities, LLC, and his brother, Anthony Christie, the manager of the business, will open their food truck at the parking lot at 319 South Parker St., next to the Sunoco gas station.

For the first few weeks, the truck will be open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, but the brothers hope to expand the hours in the future.

The truck serves customizable pasta bowls, allowing customers to choose their noodles, sauce, meat and vegetables, as well as fresh antipasto salads and cheesecake bites.

Alex Christie said all the recipes are his own, and the vegetables are sourced fresh from a St. Clair County farm. All sauces are made fresh and are vegan and gluten free.

The truck has been operating in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties since last November, but the brothers said they are excited to bring the truck to a more permanent location closer to Anthony's home in Marine City and Alex's home in St. ClairShores.

The brothers said they looking forward to becoming embedded in the Marine City community and providing a fun destination for local families.

“We’re just trying to bring the community together," Alex Christie said.

Alex Christie said his love of cooking began as a child. The first thing he learned to cook was spaghetti, and from there he expanded his Italian cooking repertoire for his family.
