Does Kendrick Perkins have a plan with his criticism of the Celtics?

In recent months, Kendrick Perkins has been vocally opposed to some of the Boston Celtics‘ decisions. He’s been especially hard on Joe Mazzulla and his coaching style. Yet, Perkins’ criticism seems off base, primarily because the Celtics are top of the Eastern Conference and boast the best record in the NBA.
