Detroit Tigers fans have mixed feelings on A.J. Hinch: Is he a cheater or a winner?

The Detroit Tigers have hired A.J. Hinch as their new manager.

Hinch was the manager during the Astros cheating scandal, which yielded a 2017 World Series title, and a scarlet letter that he and those players will have to wear forever.

The reaction by Tigers fans was mixed. People want a winner in Detroit, and while Hinch has a track record of success (he has a .558 winning percentage), that track record includes one of the biggest controversies in recent memory in the world of sports.

Perhaps the foremost voice on social media when it comes to the Tigers, is Chris Castellani. He has provided postgame analysis of every game the last few years — a rough watch to say the least.
