Game notes: The Pistons lost to the Cavaliers in the home opener in double overtime, 128-119. Since then, the Cavs added Jarrett Allen and Taurean Prince in the four-way James Harden trade. ... Andre Drummond is averaging 18.7 points on 48.4% shooting, 14.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals, 1.4 blocks, 2.7 assists and 3.6 turnovers in 30.4 minutes per game over 16 games as the starting center. Collin Sexton is Cleveland's top weapon, scoring 24.8 points per game on 50.5% shooting with 4.2 assists. He's shooting 46.2% from 3-point range on 4.3 attempts per game. ...
