Destiny 2 servers are back up, hotfix 1.0.7 is now available to download
Both Destiny and Destiny 2 were unavailable to play later yesterday, November 16, as Bungie were performing essential maintenance for a special hotfix. For four hours, it was be impossible to log in to Destiny and Destiny 2, and impossible to play for three of those.
This maintenance started at 4:00 pm GMT, with all players removed from Destiny and Destiny 2's servers at 5:00 pm GMT. It's expected to last four hours, resulting in an estimated end time of 8:00 pm GMT.
It was, in the end, very minor, the patch notes only reading "Resolved an issue that was causing additional Buffalo errors on PC" and nothing more. Still a good result for anyone receiving those errors.
