CHICAGO (AP) -- DePaul has extended coach Doug Bruno's contract through the 2023-24 season.

Bruno, a Chicago product who played for Hall of Famer Ray Meyer in the late 1960s and '70s, has won 668 games in 32 seasons over two stints coaching the Blue Demons. He also coached the Chicago Hustle of the Women's Professional Basketball League from 1978-80.
