Demaryius Thomas hospitalized with minor injuries after rollover car crash in Denver
Former Denver Broncos and Houston Texans wide receiver Demaryius Thomas was involved in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Saturday morning in Denver, according to a release from the Denver Police Department.
Thomas was driving with two passengers on Auraria Parkway near downtown Denver when he reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll before it came to a stop in a grassy median. Police responded to the accident around 12:20 a.m. and transported all three passengers to the hospital.
Thomas and the other male passenger suffered minor injuries, and are expected to be treated and released, per the release. The female passenger sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.

Thomas had 677 yards and five touchdowns on 59 receptions last year, splitting the season between the Broncos and the Texans. The 31-year-old was released by the Texans, and is currently a free agent. He ruptured his Achilles tendon in Week 16 of the season after just seven games with Houston.
