After the kind of weekend that DeMar DeRozan and the Chicago Bulls just had, this was a no-brainer.

The NBA named DeMar DeRozan the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for Week 11 on Monday while Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant won for the Western Conference.

DeRozan averaged 27.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 7.3 assists last week while leading the Bulls to a 4-0 record, which included two consecutive game-winning buzzer beaters against the Indiana Pacers on Friday and the Washington Wizards on Saturday.

The Bulls (24-10) enter Week 12 of the season sitting as the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference and riding a seven-game winning streak.
