Find Out if Damian and Gigi From 'Love Is Blind' Are Still Together
At the end of Love Is Blind season 1, fans were rooting for six couples. Turns out only 2 romantic pairings lasted: Lauren and Cameron and Amber and Matthew. And as of now, they’re still together! But not everyone got the picture perfect love story. And truth be told, even though it didn’t work out, the four couples’ fallouts made for some great TV.
Of all the not-to-be-wed couples in Love Is Blind, one pair with serious drama was Damian and Gigi. Although the two were engaged on the show, they split on their wedding day. For fans who haven’t been checking up on their favorite contestants since the show, it may be a surprise to hear Damian and Gigi’s story didn’t end there.
In fact, the couple continued dating after the show, even though they didn’t get hitched. Up until the Love Is Blind: After the Altar reunion, the two were relatively quiet, and didn’t even post about each other much on their respective social media accounts. Because of their silence, it wasn’t clear if they were still together or had officially called it quits.
After the three-part reunion on Netflix though, fans finally have answers.
Are Damian and Gigi still together?
Damian and Gigi met up with the other couples during the Love Is Blind: After the Altar reunion. Naturally, there’s been some tension between the two, considering they could have been married along with the other happy couples...if it wasn’t for their breakup on their wedding day.
That awkward situation has strained their relationship. They revealed they don’t see each other often and haven’t gotten closer to getting engaged again. Gigi says she’s optimistic about the future. But it wouldn’t be reality TV if the drama ended there.
Damian, for some reason, decides to invite a new friend to the reunion: Francesca from Too Hot to Handle season 1. That’s right. Despite his already rocky relationship, Damian brings his “friend” into the mix. Last August, E News reported the two went out to dinner, sans Gigi. Damian has said their relationship is platonic, but that didn't make her appearance on the reunion any less awkward.
Feeling threatened at the reunion, Gigi warns Francesca not to mess with her relationship. Then Damian and Gigi fight, with him not understanding (somehow) why she’s upset, and her trying to explain how embarrassing it is to go to an event all about your relationship, only for your boyfriend to bring another woman.
So are they still together? Well, neither Damian or Gigi has said otherwise, so the couple looks like they’re trying to make things work. Since the reunion, all we’ve heard from the two is a shady caption Gigi posted on her Instagram saying, ““HoW aRe YoU aNd DaMiAn?”
