A family in Burnsville, Minn. are making the most of an April blizzard by recreating photos from a record-breaking snowstorm that happened on the same day, 35 years ago. A photo from April 14, 1983 features a two-and-a-half-year-old Aaron Brown shoveling snow next to his father after a whopping fourteen inches of snow fell in what is still the worst April snow storm in Minnesota’s history. When a storm blew in over the weekend — April 14 to be exact — Brown received a message from his brother, reminding him of the old family photo. Hopefully, someone has broken the news to little Wyatt that the torch has officially been passed to keep this photo tradition alive. We’ll check in with him in another 35 years.
