Former Alabama guard Collin Sexton is set to enter season No. 4 in the NBA after being drafted No. 8 overall in the 2018 draft.

Sexton has been a successful player on an unsuccessful team. With his contract nearing its end, the Cavaliers want to extend him, but understand they may not be able to afford him in free agency.

So, what can they do to get some value for him? A trade.

Adam Borai of 5 Reasons Sports reports there is interest in trading for Sexton down in Miami.

There has been no official word from either organization. Neither have there been any rumors detailing what such a trade might entail.
