College football fans, players and media react to Jordan Addison’s official visit to Texas
Texas fans were ecstatic to learn that Pitt transfer wide receiver Jordan Addison was in Austin for an official visit with Texas on Tuesday.
Addison essentially broke the news himself by posting an Instagram story from his hotel room. Fans fans quickly dissected the view and discovered the city of Austin in the background.
Shortly after the Instagram story surfaced, Inside Texas confirmed that Addison was indeed in town for an official visit.
While most assume the 2021 Biletnikoff winner is destined to end up at USC due to NIL reports that surfaced weeks ago, the Longhorns have to be viewed as a legit threat due to Addison’s relationship with Brennan Marion. Marion served as Addison’s position coach during his historic season at Pitt, and is now the wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator for Texas.
