Cleveland State men fall at Milwaukee, 88-80

Jan. 12—Tristan Enaruna had 20 points, nine rebounds and five assists, but Cleveland State went cold after halftime en route to an 88-80 defeat Jan. 12 at Milwaukee in Horizon League play.

The Vikings (11-7, 4-3) shot 50% from the floor in the first half but fell to 40.6 after their second-half struggles.

Tevin Smith had 20 off the bench on 6-for-10 shooting, along with four blocks.

Tae Williams (17) and Beachwood graduate Jayson Woodrich (13) joined Smith and Enaruna in double figures for CSU, which fell despite committing just five turnovers in the game.

The Vikings will continue their stay in Wisconsin with a Horizon clash at Green Bay on Jan. 14.
