The Lisbon Broncos (7-8) girls basketball team outscored Ellendale (4-12) 17-12 in the third quarter to defeat the Cardinals 50-38 on Saturday, Jan. 29.

The Broncos were led by Asha Sweet's 11 points. The Cardinals leading scorer was Mackenzie Thorpe with 11.

M/P-B gets tight win vs. Oakes

The Medina/Pingree-Buchanan boys basketball team used a three-point advantage in the fourth quarter Saturday to beat the Oakes Tornadoes 51-49.

The Thunder (9-3) were down 36-35 going into the final quarter before outscoring the Tornadoes (4-7) 16-13 in the final quarter to get the win.

The Thunder were led by Rylen Wick's 33 points. The Tornadoes leading scorer was Trey Skoglund with 16 points.

After being down 25-21 going into the half, the LaMoure/Litchville-Marion Loboes boys basketball team beat the Enderlin Eagles 54-50 on Saturday.

The Loboes (7-2) outscored the Eagles (9-4) 18-9 to go into the final quarter up 39-34.

The Loboes were led by Corban Potts' 18 points. The Eagles' Joe Hurlburt led all players with 20 points.
