Chris Evans and khakis: Twitter reacts to Michigan football's convincing win over Minnesota
Welcome to the show, Cade McNamara.
The sophomore quarterback's debut for Michigan football was a signal of just how dominant the Wolverines were Saturday night. McNamara, the backup for Joe Milton, took the field with about 2 minutes left and No. 17 Michigan leading No. 21 Minnesota, 49-24.
The Wolverines rolled the Golden Gophers behind a steady performance from starting quarterback Joe Milton, a strong performance by the Michigan backfield and a stifling performance by the Michigan front seven.
Wolverines fans on Twitter were rightfully pleased.
So this is what it looks like to have a real college offense #GoBlue #michiganfootball #hail

Many fans were excited to see running back Chris Evans break into the end zone for the first time since 2018.
It feels like just a win to see Chris Evans back in a Michigan uniform, running well, and scoring a TD! Well deserved!!! #GoBlue
